Delivery Areas

Our delivery options depend on the type of products in your order.

Supplements Only

Supplement-only orders are currently available for delivery within Dubai only.

Fresh Meals

Orders containing fresh meals, with or without supplements, are available for delivery to:

  • Dubai

  • Abu Dhabi

  • Sharjah

Fresh meal delivery options require a minimum order value of 75 AED.

Supplement-Only Delivery Options

For orders containing supplements only, the following delivery options are available in Dubai:

Same Day Delivery, Dubai Only

Cost: 25 AED
Delivery Time: Same day, if ordered before 5:00pm

Orders placed after 5:00pm will be delivered the next day.

Standard Delivery with JLC Courier

Cost: Free
Delivery Time: 1 to 2 days

Standard delivery may be left at your door where appropriate. Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct at checkout.

Fresh Meal Delivery Options

For orders containing fresh meals, with or without supplements, the following free delivery options are available to Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah.

A minimum spend of 75 AED applies.

Same Day Delivery with JLC Couriers: I am available now

Cost: Free
Delivery Time: Same day

Choose this option if you are available to accept your delivery now and would like us to send your order as soon as possible.

Fresh meals should be received promptly and stored correctly after delivery.

Same Day Delivery with JLC Couriers: Please contact me for an alternative time

Cost: Free
Delivery Time: Same day, subject to availability

Choose this option if you would like us to contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time.

Please ensure your phone number is correct and that you are reachable after placing your order.

Orders Containing Fresh Meals and Supplements

If your order contains both fresh meals and supplements, the fresh meal delivery options will apply.

This is because fresh meals require prompt handling and suitable delivery arrangements.

Delivery Availability

Same day delivery is subject to courier availability, delivery location, order volume, and operating hours.

We will do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible. If there is an issue with your delivery, we may contact you using the details provided at checkout.

Delivery Address and Contact Details

Please ensure your delivery address, phone number, and any delivery instructions are accurate before placing your order.

Jet Lagged Chef is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details, or if the customer is unavailable to receive an order that requires handover.

Fresh Meal Delivery Responsibility

Fresh meals are perishable and should be received promptly.

Once delivered, fresh meals should be refrigerated or consumed according to the storage and usage instructions provided.

If you are not available to receive your fresh meal order, please choose the option for us to contact you for an alternative delivery time.

Delivery Issues

Please contact us as soon as possible at letschat@jetlagged-chef.com if:

  • Your order has not arrived

  • Your order is incomplete

  • You received the wrong items

  • Your fresh meal order appears damaged, spoiled, unsafe, or not as described

  • Your supplement order arrives damaged or incorrect

Please include your order number, delivery details, and photos where relevant so we can review the issue and help resolve it.
