Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping with Jet Lagged Chef. Please read our returns and refunds policy carefully before placing your order.

Supplements and Non-Perishable Products

Supplements and eligible non-perishable products may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • Unopened

  • Unused

  • Sealed

  • In their original packaging

  • In the same condition that you received them

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

For hygiene, safety, and quality-control reasons, we cannot accept returns for supplements or wellness products that have been opened, used, tampered with, damaged after delivery, removed from their original sealed packaging, or stored incorrectly.

To request a return, please contact us at letschat@jetlagged-chef.com with your order number and reason for return.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for eligible change-of-mind returns or returns where the item is no longer wanted.

We will cover the reasonable return shipping cost, or provide a suitable return solution, where the item is defective, damaged on arrival, incorrect, unsafe, expired, or not as described.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Fresh Meals and Perishable Food Products

Fresh meals, meal prep items, chilled food, frozen food, ready-to-eat meals, made-to-order food, and any other perishable food products are sold as-is and are not eligible for return, exchange, or change-of-mind refund once prepared, dispatched, or delivered.

This is due to the perishable nature of the products and food safety requirements.

However, please contact us immediately if your fresh meal order arrives damaged, spoiled, unsafe to consume, incorrect, incomplete, or not as described. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, credit, or refund in line with applicable consumer protection requirements.

Damages, Issues, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your order is incomplete

  • Your item arrived damaged

  • A product appears defective

  • A supplement is expired or unsafe

  • A fresh meal appears spoiled, unsafe, or not as described

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos where possible, so we can assess the matter and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Fresh meals or perishable food products

  • Opened or used supplements

  • Products with broken seals

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Products that have been stored incorrectly

  • Personal care or hygiene-sensitive items

  • Custom, special-order, or personalised products

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or promotional items, unless required by applicable law

Please contact us before ordering if you have questions about whether a specific item can be returned.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

For eligible non-perishable products, the fastest way to get the item you want is to request a return. Once your return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns, unless the item is defective, damaged on arrival, incorrect, unsafe, expired, or not as described.
