THE JETLAGGED CHEF MENU

Our Menu changes weekly and we never repeat the same one twice - ensuring variety and and a full spectrum of macro & micronutrients so there's nothing missing from your diet!  

We offer various meal plan options, with meals high in protein, moderate in carbohydrates and low in fat to help you reach your individual daily requirements.​

 

All meals are macro and calorie-tracked, whilst also focusing on flavour and choosing ingredients to fuel your body.  Each meal contains a unique barcode that can be scanned directly into the MyFitnessPal app for easy and convenient tracking.​

 

The concept is versatile as you can either enjoy the meals knowing they're healthy and balanced, or track your calories and add your own additional intake to reach your own personal daily requirements.

Calorie Range Plans:

  • 1450-1550 calories

  • 1650-1750 calories

  • 1850-1950 calories

  • 2050-2150 calories

  • 2400-2500 calories

  • 2800-2900 calories

 

Calories of both the lunch and dinner average between 1,100 - 1,200 calories and focus on volume, lots of ingredients and high protein.​

*This may change slightly as we weigh and plate each meal. The menu and barcode you receive in your delivery bag will have the updated exact nutritional information for each meal.

Lunches are typically 500-550cals,

Dinners 600-630cals and

Snacks 150-200cals.
